This film was a special project produced for UNIQLO Taiwan’s 10th Anniversary.
To celebrate a decade in Taiwan, UNIQLO collaborated with local gift brands from across the country, distributing limited-edition gifts at the anniversary event.

Our team was commissioned to create a promotional video for the campaign. From numerous partner brands, we carefully selected four distinctive and story-rich local gift makers, each located in a different county or city. The five-day shoot took us to four cities across Taiwan, where we conducted interviews and documented each brand’s production process.

  For this project, I served as producer, director, cinematographer, and editor. With a tight timeline and no dedicated producer in the early stages, I personally coordinated with each partner brand, negotiated shoot details and schedules, and finalized the selection and itinerary.

  The film combines interviews with on-location visuals, relying primarily on natural light with minimal supplemental lighting to capture the authentic environment and the craftsmanship of the makers. The overall style leans toward a documentary aesthetic. Upon completion, the film received highly positive feedback from both the UNIQLO client team and the participating brands, generating strong engagement internally and among partners.
